🧵 Refunds & Returns Policy – loopwave

Overview

At loopwave, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of our wool felt products, our refund and return policy is slightly different from mass-produced items.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
✔ Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are handmade and often customized, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., items made to your specific request)
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

💡 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank—processing times vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Returning Your Item
